The hotel offered beautifully decorated and spacious rooms with a lovely balcony overlooking the rooftops of Chelsea, although the dining experience fell short with overpriced items and an underwhelming atmosphere. The service was very attentive, and the location in a quiet, residential area of Chelsea was wonderful.

The hotel offers a mix of grandeur and coziness, featuring unique and tasteful antiques in the room, making it a spectacular stay. While the room was dominated by a large four-poster bed, there was still not much space around the edges. The 2nd-floor location facing the main street was surprisingly quiet, ideal for a luxurious retreat on special occasions.

Rooms
9.0
The room was both grand and cozy, adorned with unique and tasteful antiques, making it one of the nicest stays I've had in a long while.
Service
9.0
The service was extremely friendly, with staff going the extra mile to help, such as carrying our heavy luggage and warmly welcoming us with personalized touches like a handwritten note congratulating our 'wedding' and artisan chocolates.
Location
10.0
The hotel's location was fantastic, just a short walk to Sloane Square and Kings Road, perfectly situated for exploring Chelsea and close to many attractions and tube stations.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience was a bit of a letdown with limited and overpriced options, including a disappointing croissant and cold tea, but overall not terrible.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel facilities were good, catering to basic needs but possibly lacking in variety and quality in dining options.

Heading up the slightly narrow staircase to my first-floor room, I found the hotel to be fabulously individual with spacious rooms. However, I encountered some issues like a broken towel heater rail, frayed curtains, poor TV channels, and a tricky shower tap configuration. The location was great for exploring London, being close to the tube yet nestled in a quiet side street.

Rooms
8.0
The generously sized rooms are fabulously decorated, with some minor inconveniences like a broken towel heater rail and frayed curtains.
Service

The staff, especially at the reception desk, were friendly and polite, though unable to address certain issues adequately.
Location
9.0
The location is fantastic, steps away from Tiffany's and Sloane St, great for exploring Chelsea and enjoying London's attractions.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was decent, though the breakfast seemed overpriced for what was offered.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel's dining area, albeit a bit small and in the basement, provides a satisfactory dining experience.

6.2/10

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms had a tired and stale feeling with some maintenance issues, but I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a gallery suite at check-in. The service was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring Kings Road and the nearby attractions. However, the dining experience fell short with limited breakfast options and additional costs for basic items.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms had a tired and stale feeling with chipped paint and a fussy, dated decor. Some maintenance issues were noticeable, like plaster missing from the ceiling in the bathroom and a damp patch on the wall.
Service
8.0
The staff were very friendly and always available to help. I appreciated the Halloween decorations like the pumpkin and ghosts.
Location
7.0
The location was pretty good, just a short walk to Kings Road, the nearest Tube station, and the Thames. It was convenient for exploring the area and visiting attractions like the Natural History Museum.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was disappointing, with limited breakfast options and extra costs for basic items. The prices seemed high for what was offered.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were average, nothing particularly outstanding but sufficient for a comfortable stay.

The hotel offers everything you need in a Junior Suite but has some room issues like a broken towel heater rail, fraid curtains, poor TV channels, and hard-to-use shower tap configuration. Despite these, it has a cozy atmosphere and efficient service from every staff member.

My stay at the hotel was overall delightful. The rooms were amazing although there was a mix-up with our bed preference, the service was top-notch with a warm reception from the staff, and the location was perfect for exploring the vibrant neighborhood. The dining experience was decent, but some additions to breakfast would have been appreciated.

Rooms
